All registrations, classes, rental deposits, or event tickets are non-refundable. Unless otherwise noted, registration for all classes and events must be made in advance. Additionally, after school class registrations for minor children are non-transferable.
No refunds will be given for missed event time, including but not limited to: leaving early, coming late, sent home for sickness or behavior, etc.
Cancellations by families for summer camp made at least 14 days before the first day of camp are eligible for a refund (minus a $50.00 fee). Within 14 days, camp registration is non-refundable, but we’re happy to transfer your spot to another week if space allows.
Facility Rental and Party Deposits
Deposits collected for facility rentals and hosted parties are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation
If in the event a class, camp, hosted party, or other event is cancelled by Vida Art Studio for any reason, a full refund (including deposits) or program credit will be issued.
