About Summer Camp
Our themed half-day camps are designed for kids in Kindergarten through 6th grade, blending art-making, imaginative play, and process-based learning in a welcoming, joyful environment.
Each week, campers explore new materials and creative skills—from painting and sculpture to sewing, printmaking, building, nature crafts, and more. Every camp includes plenty of outdoor activities at the Train Depot Park.
Whether your child is a quiet maker or a bold storyteller, they’ll find inspiration, encouragement, and fun at Vida Art Studio.

Frequently asked questions
Who can attend Vida Art Studio summer camps?
Our camps are designed for children entering Kindergarten through 6th grade. We group campers by age and adjust projects so everyone feels challenged and supported.
What are the camp hours?
Camps run Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM. Each day includes creative time and outdoor activities.
What should my child bring?
Each day, campers are required to bring a backpack, tote, or other bag:
- A sack lunch and one snack
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen & bug spray
- Appropriate clothing for art projects and playing/walking outside, including tennis shoes and a jacket/hoodie/sweater.
- A good attitude!
Optional:
- Extra snacks for themselves
- Hat and/or sunglasses
- Emergency medication, such as an Epipen, if needed.
All art materials are provided by the studio.
How much does camp cost?
Camp tuition is $225 per child, per week. This includes all supplies and materials for the week’s activities.
What will my child be doing all day?
Each camp week has a unique theme , and kids will dive into hands-on art projects, collaborate with peers, and explore their creativity through guided activities and open studio time. We also make space for outdoor free play and social connection.

Can my child attend multiple camp weeks?
Yes! Each camp has a different theme and a variety of materials and techniques. We love welcoming returning campers and watching their skills and confidence grow.
What if my child has allergies or special needs?
Please let us know during registration about any medical, behavioral, or learning needs, and we’ll do our best to create a supportive environment. We take food allergies seriously, so please let us know.
Where is Vida Art Studio located?
We are located at 615 S. 2nd St. in downtown Laramie, Wyoming. Specific directions and drop-off instructions will be sent to families upon registration.
What’s your refund policy?
Cancellations by families made at least 14 days before the first day of camp are eligible for a refund (minus a $50.00 fee). Within 14 days, camp registration is non-refundable, but we’re happy to transfer your spot to another week if space allows.
